Work History

Baylor TIP Residential Assistant

Baylor University
06.2025 - 06.2025

Working as a Resident Assistant for Baylor Talent Identification Program (TIP), I was responsible for ensuring the well-being of students outside of the classroom. My primary duties included planning and leading interactive activities, building meaningful relationships through quality time, and intentionally supporting students’ emotional and social health. Living in the dormitories alongside them, I also helped maintain structure and accountability by enforcing curfews and ensuring students went to bed at an appropriate time so they were well-rested and prepared for the next day’s academic challenges.

I also regularly participated in in-service trainings to uphold safety standards and maintain certification requirements.

In Member Services, I served as the first point of contact for members, greeting them professionally and assisting with questions or concerns. I handled financial transactions accurately, managed assigned administrative projects, and responded to phone inquiries regarding YMCA programs and services.
