Grayson Plummer

Guiding freshman through their first semester at college as a bridge to any necessary resources. Met with 7-9 freshman bi-weekly to discuss academics, mental health, campus involvements, and much more. During Spring semester, our new focus is guiding students on a previous semesters academic probation as a trained support outlet.

Developed a strong sense of customer service skills including public speaking, team management, and staying calm during high stress scenarios. Throughout my time at Outback Steakhouse, I've worked as a busser, host, and now a waiter which has allowed me to mature into new roles and scenarios.
