I worked my way up from a entrance position as a Vocational Trainer at the Goodwill to professional administrative positions at numerous social service entities.


I have a passion for assisting consumers with living a safe and healthy life while assisting them to be full members of their communities.


I have considerable experience conducting Quality Assurance Reviews both clinically and residentially assuring homes, vocational sites and the supporting documents therein meet state licensing requirements.

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Timely filing of Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) Applications and documents required for the licensing new residential and vocational ASO programs throughout the State of Oregon and the licensing renewals existing ASO programs.


Conduct on-site written assessments of programs compliance or non-compliance with OAR requirements and ASO service and quality standards.


Development of Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) for programs with quality or licensing deficiencies and direct Program Management and Home Management staff in the correction of deficiencies prior to the licensing review dates.
