David Kohm & Associates has 12 attorneys as well as a large team of paralegals. I have been the Firm's Investigator for over 20 years. A big part of what I do is meet with potential new clients and go through the sign up process which includes determining the strength of their case and getting documents such as the contingent fee contract signed. I also locate missing clients who often move and change phone numbers without telling the Law Firm. I also locate defendants in cases. I also conduct any necessary Investigations in order to obtain crucial evidence to strengthen cases. NOTE: My Private Investigators license as well as my Business licence I obtained in 2001 wasnt necesarry for my position with the Law Firm so I let them lapse until 2024 when I again obtained moth licenses again.

performed surveillance for Workers Compensation fraud. Performed survaillance on infidelity cases. Located defendants. Most of my time with Brown & Sikes was spent in a long term undercover operation working for a client exposing internal theft and drug use/trafficking. During this undercover operation I was promoted several times within the clients company. I spent the last two years of this operation working as a project manager, managing crews up to 30 contractors

Performed surveillance on Workers Compensation claimants in order to obtain video contradictory to their alleged injuries.
