  • Drafted scopes of work, review subcontractor estimates, negotiate final contract values;
  • Directed contractors to be on-time, on-budget, and to deliver high-quality workmanship;
  • Developed lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, architects, engineers, local officials, and subcontractors;
  • Coordinated material procurement and lead times in conjunction with scheduled installation dates, and track and review contracts, purchase orders, and drawings/plans;
  • Coordinated extremely complex delivery schedules for all project materials, including logistics of transporting equipment, to ensure they were delivered to job sites on time;
