Deployed and administrated (D/A) a multi-region global HA monitoring solution used to monitor all of our Windows and Linux servers using Zabbix 5.0 and 7.0.
D/A WSUS servers in each of our 54 datacenters worldwide using Server 2022 that provided Windows Updates to our customers.
D/A global DFS used by our internal and provisioning systems.
Administrated our virus detection offering for our customers and internal servers using a multi-site HA global clustering solution using ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO).
D/A multi-site monitoring solution for our customers using Unified Infrastructure Management
Deployed monthly Windows updates to all customer facing infrastructure servers using SCCM.
Created monitoring dashboards using Grafana with Postgres and Zabbix intergration
Created custom maintenance scripts for our Always On Availability Groups using PowerShell and SQLCMD.
Created solutions for correcting issues or deploying benchmark fixes using PowerShell and batch files.
On-call handling issues for both Linux and Windows provisioning issues.
Currently, the SME for all MSSQL issues or deployments.
Approver of group policy changes submitted using AGPM.
One of two people with access to all our Volume License keys and software using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Installed and configured operating systems, software applications, and system management tools.
