• Recruit for key business areas such as Hardware Architecture, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, and Manufacturing across North America and LATAM, with additional support for teams in Europe and APAC. Also support Sales and Sales Engineering teams as needed.
• Play a pivotal role in building out the HQ hardware design team, directly sourcing and engaging candidates to meet a CEO-driven hiring mandate fueled by critical project demands from Arista’s top AI customers.
• Partner closely with VPs and managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights. Manage full-cycle recruitment from job intake through offer negotiation and onboarding, actively handling an average of 30 requisitions.
• Maintain a 90% submission-to-interview ratio and over 85% offer acceptance rate by sourcing, screening qualified candidates and fostering strong communication throughout the hiring process.
• Take initiative to improve recruiting efficiency by collaborating on ATS enhancements that streamline candidate tracking and interviewer feedback, reducing time-to-hire.
• Work closely with HR, Immigration and operations teams to manage international candidate work permits and visa processes, ensuring smooth onboarding for global hires.
