  • Over the past eight years have been responsible for managing MEP teams of multiple hyperscale enterprise data centers in Northern Virginia, Omaha Nebraska, Temple Texas, and Mesa Arizona. Providing mentorship of junior engineering staff and overseeing trades during the construction process.
  • Currently responsible for overseeing a MEP team constructing a 3 building 240MW data center campus in Mesa, AZ.
  • Lead the sites MEP Pre-Con team developing Scopes of Work, negotiating contracts for the Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, BMS and Security disciplines.
  • Collaborate with client’s senior leadership team develop budgets, oversee schedule and review commissioning process.

  • Construction of nine Co-location datacenters providing over 800,000 square feet of sellable data center space.

  • Developed the companies first comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures governing operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure equipment. Incorporating a strategic plan that included a new Method of Procedure development and review program, an expanded incident review panel and implementing a means of learning from and openly discussing facility issues.
  • “Winning the Hearts and Minds” of operators is the challenge when rolling out new standards. Taking a hands-on approach traveling to sites to work with operations teams to incorporate their ideas into the new program.
