

Proven professional development throughout previous experience culminating in a leadership position at the Director level. Temporarily appointed to director of a sister facility while also mantaining my director roll of my current employer. As temporary director at the sister facility I successfully hired a full staff, organized departmental functions and regained complete compliance of department of health regulated respiratory functions as well as CLIA regulated Arterial blood gas laboratory functions. I also successfully negotiated raises for the entire staff of both facilities at a time when neither of the CEO's where giving raises to any other employees at either facility.
