1 To maintain all equipment in the plant to the standards for the operators to run their equipment efficiently. To problem shoot when the equipment is not running efficiently. To relieve operators for all their breaks and lunch. Occasionally help run the shift when supervisor is out. To complete necessary maintenance logs for each piece of equipment for the shift.

My last 2 years at Grahm Packaging I was the training coordinator. I trained all new employees in a classroom on everything they needed to know about becoming a machine operator. They were in class with me for one week learning from training manuals, the following week was hands on.

Prior to being the training coordinator I was a fill in foreman for 12 years. I ran the shift , relieved operators, and performed maintenance on equipment when needed. I was also a qualified machine operator.
