- Placed 10th overall in the state of Connecticut for Forestry Career Development Event.
- Established a Rain Garden in our local park. Spent a year long on this project working with members from UConn through their CTP training course. Created ideas and presentations which I presented to the towns water department board to convince them that the Rain Garden was a great benefit to our environment. Spent the summer building the rain garden and presented our final project at UConn.
