I have held 2 positions in my adult life. Restaurants and personal training. They do compliment each other in the way that you must have empathy and the skill in which to deliver a great and healthy experience for the customer/client. I started in restaurant service work since I was 15. I started at KFC (I haven't eaten there since). From there I bussed tables at a steakhouse called CASK N' CLEAVER. I have waited tables and bartended in Las Vegas, Del Mar, La Jolla, and lastly at the family restaurant called VINZ. Covid forced me to shut my gym and many restaurants closed. I still train clients but mostly for health issues like Parkinsons, MS and other neurological diseases. I'm looking forward to jump back into service. Thanks for reading.

I recently opened for two professional comedians. I was so scared but when I got my first laugh from the crowd that disappeared. I got praise from the professionals who then asked me to come up and do an encore. What a great and profound experience.
