My background as a teacher for 8 years typically involves a strong foundation in education, Teachers are responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs. Experience might include classroom management, developing lesson plans, working with students of varying abilities, and using various instructional strategies to engage learners. Teachers also often collaborate with colleagues, communicate with parents, and participate in professional development to continuously improve their teaching skills. Engaging professional skilled in introducing students to diverse mediums, developing lesson plans and assessing student progress. My flexibility and reliability as the go-to emergency fill-in have made a significant difference in our students' learning experiences.
