Quality Control

• Visit various job sites and test samples to ensure within specs.
• Keep records of past and present jobsite results and on site conditions and or any discrepancies

Batch Plant Operator

• Communicate with dispatch and drivers
• Verify target and actual required weights per each specific load
• Verify delivery info
• Keep track of incoming delivery tickets and records of current on hand ingredients /products
• Washout end of day
• Jackhammer buildup
• Shovel stone and sand when needed
• Inspect plant for proper operation
• Operate equipment such as backhoe, loader, excavator, and forklift when needed
• Occasionally assist mechanics in plant repairs

Relief/Backup Dispatch

• Speak with customers and schedule orders accordingly
• Coordinate with suppliers for cement deliveries to keep up with workload demand

Utility personnel

Plating and passivationOperate and oversee various production lines such parts washing, metal blasting, and tumble polishing
Manually feed/load precision grinding machines
Clean oil spills and other contaminants throughout the building

• Acid bath and rinse all parts to prepare for magnaflux testing
• Zinc and nickel plating line following specific procedures for all required parts
• Using special X-ray equipment to ensure proper thickness of plating per requirement
