  • BMAaS (Bare Metal as a Service) Product Owner. Acts as the Hardware Manager for Intel O&E (Office & Enterprise) for 30 Data Centers globally. Duties include being the liaison for Intel Data Center Managers, Intel OSS Physical Touch Teams, and Intel employees. Travel to Intel O&E Data Centers to perform hardware audits. Run Power BI reports to keep track of hardware asset management, available storage space and power in data centers. Provide quotes to Intel for teams for purchasing HPE hardware. Work with the vendor HPE for warranty, and support contract renewals. Create BMAaS Roadmap, and plan for releases on a quarterly basis.

Approve purchase requests based on purchase justification, business impact, and application requirements. Order HPE hardware for the Storage, DBaaS, VMaaS, and Compute Teams.
  • 2024 – Promoted to Product Owner of the (Product) Image Team. Directs the development and implementation of a team of 10 engineers responsible for providing OS images company-wide for physical and virtual servers. Created a new customer relationship management system, resulting in a 30% increase in customer satisfaction scores.
