  • As the VP of Recruitment, I am responsible for the planning and execution of sorority recruitment. This event has 1,000+ girls that I welcome into my chapter. I prepare my entire house for recruitment, which is a week-long retreat.
  • During recruitment, there are four large events that I oversee, which include communicating with my chapter and Panhellenic, decorating, and supervising all four rounds.
  • I welcomed the largest Membership Class my chapter has seen in 8 years and the largest class of 18 sororities. I increased our newest class by over 100% in just a year.
