• I have experience and knowledge using the oven and warmer . Using the Thermalizer Retherm Guidelines and Heating guide
• I had training how to operate computer programs: Driftwood, Central Order, Gold Star, Nutrition Warehouse and MOSAIC.
• Cashier (cash handling and prepares or oversees daily deposits, drawers and reports)
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices related to the preparation, storage and serving the food.
• Assist the manager with ordering food and inventory.
• I Understand how to work with production sheets.

FSA I

• Set up any service line. I always make sure that every food item is available to the students during break or louche .
• I have knowledge in computers and when is necessary I can help as a cashier.
• I can prepare the outside cars for pizza ( I fill them whit everything require: milk juice,fruit vegetables .
• Prepare the buckets for cleaning and disinfection, with all the state and district requirements.
• I can be in charge of serving pizza in the outside cars and help the students workers with whatever they need.
• I could use the ovens if is necessary. i know the right temperatures .
• Always take care of perishable products. Using closest expirations dates first.
• Basically I am always available to help with whatever they need inside or outside cafeteria ,before, during or after first break or lunch.
