At just 16 years old I started with Door knocking and with my first mentor closed multiple wholesale deals as an appointment setter. I then made my way over to Andrew The Homebuyer (company closing 100-120+ transactions a month) where I worked assisting with disposition of wholesale deals as well as door knocking and acquisitions. After I began to outgrow my role there I moved to Gentry where I was strictly an acquisition manager cold calling direct to seller, PPC, and Agent outreach. I became a licensed real estate agent at 18 where I then learned the AAR contract representing my investment buyers. I sharpened my underwriting skills, sales skills, MLS proficiency, and ability to close more deals. At 18 I also purchased my first fix and flip property where I learned even more about the investment side of Arizona Real Estate. I am able to operate both as an agent and an acquisition manager which helped me develop many interpersonal relationships and generate lead flow with very little expenses. I am very skilled connecting and negotiating on the phone as well as text messages. I'm exceptionally skilled when it comes to in-person appointments, using my early skills as a door knocker and face to face sales rep, which I ultimately prefer.
