• Conduct domestic online surveys by collecting public opinions at local, state, and national level.

• Involved with retail side of company, with duties such as writing work orders, speaking to customers over phone, and assisting in sports-related sales.

As Senior Guard, I help manage Lifeguards in an effective manner at Willow Brook Pool. Some of my responsibilities in this position are as follows:

• Opening and Closing facility
• Filling out various paperwork regarding staff incidents, and accidents
• Facilitating weekly staff in-service trainings (CPR&AED, Saves, etc.)

• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Packaged and distributed meals to local community in need
