Before School Program. Support student with academic work, math, reading, writing and phonics. Great focus on EL students, progress monitoring.

Assist and support EL student with language acquisition under the supervision of the EL teacher, using the Multi-Tier-System of Support framework.

Work with Spanish speaking students and families. Facilitating communication between teachers, school, students. Assisting families accessing community resources, addressing parents' concerns and answering questions. Helping translate IEP's and parent-teacher conferences. Help with clerical duties when needed.
