• Administered medications and injections as order for patients in an accurate and timely manner as order per providers. Verify it's the Right patient, med, time, route, dose.

• Document and evaluate patients daily status including any signs symptoms of abnormalities or improvement of health care, problems, treatments, or other needs.
• Monitoring and managing patient care including vital signs, blood glucose levels, labs, x-rays, wound care. Report any health changes to providers promptly.
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients or if any options they may have. Verify they understand all risks and benefits completely prior to signing a consent.
• Responded to any emergency situation that may arise and assist healthcare staff in any emergency.

Screening patients signs and symptoms quickly and prioritizing appropriate urgency intervention upon arrival to urgent care.

Documented and monitor each patient status including vital signs, collecting any samples for clinical labs such as blood glucose level, urinalysis, HCG, UDS, blood withdrawals, EKG. Provide wound care treatments using aseptic techniques as ordered. Report any changes in patient conditions promptly to providers.

Administer medications and injections as ordered per providers within my scope of practice. Verifying right patient, time, dose, route, medication. Assist with procedures and setting up for surgical wounds or inhalation treatments.

Assist in any emergency situation as I may be needed.
