1.Volunteer with Sevadar Seattle (April 2024 – Present)

- Collaborated with Northwest Bloodwork at a local temple to organize two community blood drives in partnership with Sevadar members.

- Assisted donors with questionnaires, managed appointment scheduling, and ensured a seamless donation process.

- Stayed informed about the organization’s monthly developments, regularly checked in with team members, and engaged in discussions about upcoming events.

- Organized a winter drive for underserved communities, where clothes and toys were collected, packed, and distributed to those in need.

2.At Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Kent (May 2023-Present)

Every weekend, I volunteer at my local Sikh temple (Gurdwara) to assist in the kitchen, preparing and serving food to visitors as part of the Langar (community meal) service.

3. Volunteer with Red Cross (October 2024 - Present)

- Contributed regularly to the monthly newsletter by writing articles focused on community outreach, health awareness, and volunteer highlights.

- Managed and updated the distribution list to ensure accurate and timely delivery of each issue to subscribers.

- Collaborated with the communications team to maintain content quality and consistency.

4. One-Day Free Dental Check-Up Camp (May 2024)

- Assisted a senior dentist in organizing a one-day free dental check-up camp at Khalsa Gurmat Center in Federal Way.

- Patients from the local community received oral health screenings, diagnoses of common dental conditions, and personalized guidance on oral hygiene.

- Educational sessions were conducted on preventive dental care, including demonstrations of proper brushing and flossing techniques to encourage better oral health practices.

5. Monthly Visits to Pingalwara, Amritsar (October 2021 - December 2022)

- Donated food and clothes to individuals with special needs and books to children.

6. As a member of the Indian Dental Association, I collaborated in organizing a Smile Rally, an outdoor performance to raise public awareness about oral health. We underscored the risks associated with self-fabricated aligners without professional guidance and distributed informative brochures, inviting the community to reach out for future dental services.

2. Effect of Curing Distance on Cure Depth in Composite Resin

PubMed Biomedical Informatics

This study reveals that the depth of cure for composite materials diminishes as the distance from the light source increases. Furthermore, no significant difference in performance was observed between LED and other types of curing lamps as the distance from the light source grew.

3. Reliability of Odontometrics in Gender Determination: A Systematic Review
