Summary

With the past two years at my current company, I have been able to excel at community collaboration, team leadership, and mission-driven development. This success has led me to a management position and a seat within the leadership team. I have worked hard to get to a position where I can make an impact on people's lives, and I don't plan on slowing down.

I am, and always will be, an absolute softy for an uplifting story and a sprinkle of hope. This has found its way into my professional life, proudly shining through in my events, design projects, team coaching, and good morning hellos. I believe in 'nothing is too small to be happy about,' and the power of positive influence. Ffern has already made it clear that inspiration is a part of your culture; I want you to know that it is also a part of my everyday life.
