Essential job duties and roles.
•Supervises personnel in assigned maintenance tasks operations.
•Ensures that assigned personnel are properly trained and authorized to accomplish the work assigned.
•Coordinates scope of requested work, customer requirements, issuing of parts, delivery date, and any special issues.
•Comply with RSM/QCM and company policies and procedures when performing component maintenance.
•To ensure safe work practices are followed.
Essential job duties and roles:
•Performing maintenance per the requirements of 14 CFR Part 43, 43.13 and the requirements of 14 CFR Part 145, 145.205.
•Proper documentation of maintenance actions on appropriate forms, work orders, and tags, documenting and recording in work order package OEM, or customer maintenance data used, for the maintenance task performed.
•To ensure safe work practices are followed.
•Proper handling of all aircraft parts and components.
•To maintain their work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
•Comply with RSM/QCM and company policies and procedures when performing component maintenance.
•Complete all administrative functions relating to the business or regulatory requirements.
•Provide hands on job function training to co-workers as needed.
•Technicians will be supervised by someone certificated in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65, Subpart D or E.
•Experience in various types of nacelle units and applications for Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer aircraft, covering a range of engines including the CFM-56 5B, V2500, CRJ 700/900, Trent 700, GE90, PW4000, EMB170, and EMB190.
