Perform striping on streets as needed. All maintenance on streets as needed at anytime. Traffic counts on a weekly basis are done throughout the city. Write up signs that need replacing as well as make the signs and then install. I’ve helped traffic signal, forestry and sign crew as well as perform my duties as crew leader for right of way dept. Serve as lead worker for up to 3 crews at any given time. Duties include working days and nights for winter weather as well as storm damage and flooding. Keep up with daily work orders on city works as well as direct my crew members on many task through the work day.

Inspected many contracts that were required to keep up with state highways, bridge and culverts. Performed daily logs on work performed and made monthly payments on work completed. Attended pre-construction meetings with engineers and contractors to go over work performed and future work to be completed. Inspected up to 6 contracts at one time by myself. Led daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Trained new employees and worked with not only maintenance but also the engineering dept when they needed help.
