With extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Starting at Walmart and Oakbrook Park District, I worked directly with customers, handling various situations and ensuring their needs were met. My time at the Boys and Girls Club further strengthened my ability to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with both children and parents. Transitioning into the restaurant industry in California, I gained valuable knowledge about fine dining, exotic foods, and wine pairings during my two-year tenure at Farmstead private events. Advancing from busser to food runner and server assistant showcased my adaptability and dedication. After a brief hiatus due to COVID, I returned to the industry and currently work at Acacia House as a server's assistant. My diverse background across multiple industries has made me a well-rounded professional capable of providing excellent service while fostering positive interactions with both customers and colleagues.
