- Schedule time with patient to shower or bathe. Communicate with my RNs so they can help as needed.
- Provide Foley Catheter Care. Empty Foley bag and measure urine and record output.

- Delivered individualized patient care by recording vital signs, documenting observations, administering treatments, and evaluating patient needs.
- Ambulate patients in hall and clear meal trays.

- Records accurate documentation electronically of the patients intake and output. Chart real time through out the day.
- Obtain the patient's vitals signs and report abnormal vitals to my RNs.
- Place and set up external catheters on the patient's. Empty canisters, hats, urinals and record patients, output.
- Set up rooms for new patients arrival on the unit. Get report from the RN assigned to the patient. I help settle the patient by putting on their gown, telemetry /ox and obtain vitals. Also verify there heart monitor functional.
- Trouble shoot the patient's telemetry when the Telemetry Technician calls. I fix the patients leads and probe and verify with Telemetry if the heart monitor functional.
