Few examples of Projects:

Porosity Material Testing

  • Used Solid-Works in order to create a few structures all having a different amount of pores in order to test how the porosity of a material affects its tensile strength as well as other properties. A software, which was compatible with Solid-Works, was used in order to complete the test and measure the properties of the material.

Red Blood Cell Count

  • Created a Matlab code that could count the amount of red blood cells depicted on a zoomed in image of blood samples. The matlab code was tested with a manual count in order to understand its accuracy.

Tensile Strength Testing

  • Tested the tensile strength of different metal alloys, specifically aluminum, with a tensile testing machine. This was done in order to acquire different properties of different materials or different types of the same material
