I am a dedicated student at the University of South Carolina, pursuing my passion for healthcare, and gaining hands-on experience in physical therapy. Graduating in 2027, I am eager to apply my knowledge, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for patient care in a clinical setting to further develop my skills, and contribute to a dynamic healthcare team.
I maintain a well-rounded lifestyle by balancing academics, fitness, and professional development. As a former football player and long sprinter, I developed a strong understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and athletic performance—key aspects of physical therapy. Additionally, my involvement in exercise science clubs at the University of South Carolina has allowed me to explore rehabilitation techniques and movement science beyond the classroom. Earning my CPR/First Aid certification has reinforced my commitment to emergency preparedness and patient care. These experiences have strengthened my teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, all of which are essential in a clinical setting.
I have earned recognition both academically and athletically through my dedication and hard work. I am a recipient of the LIFE Scholarship at the University of South Carolina, highlighting my strong academic performance. In high school, I was named MVP for multiple football games and received awards in both football and track, demonstrating my leadership, perseverance, and athletic ability. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to excellence in both academics and athletics, reinforcing my passion for physical performance and rehabilitation.
