In addition to my previous responsibilities, I had new responsibilities as explained below:

• Program Development: Redesigned and updated Fine Art programs and syllabi to align with industry standards, developed new courses, and managed curriculum and assessment projects. Program enrollment began in 2020 with 80 students and had increased to 300 by 2023.
• Faculty Management: I interviewed, hired, and trained new faculty, and coordinated adjunct faculty workshops.

Community Engagement: Coordinated experiential learning opportunities and internships with local businesses. I also curated student exhibitions and participated in grant writing (including the Perkins grant) and college governance.
