Ever since I was 14, I have worked in some form of working industry. I found my passion for business when I was 16 and had to take on many manager roles because my manager was pregnant and, therefore, couldn't take on as much work. I have faced many challenges, but through grit and perseverance, many were solved. I worked closely with my coworkers, and we created a booming business in the Northwords. If I were to be a member of the DLT community, I could add multiple things. My biggest strength is Problem Solving. When I had my internship at Pro Physical Therapy, we often ran into conflicts, the biggest being scheduling conflicts. I was able to manage and help make sure everyone got in when they needed to. My other strength is working as a group. I believe that to succeed, we all need to work together, depend on each other, bounce ideas off, or even be there for moral support when life isn't going the way it should. DLT is an inclusive environment radiated with brilliant people and minds. I would love to have the honor of sharing my prior experiences in life wither them. Therefore, we can all be successful in the future.
