I have loved caring for the people who need it most! Ever since I started working in home care as a caregiver, I have known that this is the path I want to go down. I’ve loved building relationships with my clients while also helping them with their ADL’s and independence. Since getting my CNA and spending time in a nursing home for my clinical hours, I have been looking for a facility! I loved my experience at the nursing home and learned a lot about time management, documenting, personal care, transfers, team communication, observing and reporting, and so so much more! One of my favorite parts about this field of work is hearing the resident’s story’s and all about their lives and families!
