  • Leapfrog: Active participation in live annual computerized provider order entry (CPOE) Leapfrog Testing and Evaluation for JHH.
  • Surgical Procedure Reviews: Initiated a high-risk procedure review proposal and participated in the workgroup identifying high-risk procedures.
  • Took the initiative to apply LEAN methodology to reduce manual data abstraction by more than 40% while collaborating with the Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS) & JHH Clinical Analytics teams to achieve a more value-added procedure review process.
  • Ongoing Provider Practice Evaluations (OPPE): Created streamlined timelines for each process cycle. Collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to each step of OPPE since February 2021.
