• Provide on-site IT support for warehouse operations, ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users and operational devices
• Maintain and support warehouse technology including RF scanners, printers, workstations, and network devices
• Install, configure, and update IT equipment and systems according to company standards
• Monitor system performance and quickly respond to technical incidents and outages
• Support warehouse automation systems such as conveyor systems, sorting tools, and robotics infrastructure
• Collaborate with central IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure security compliance of IT systems and follow internal IT policies and procedures
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes for reporting and continuity.
