• Assist with supplemental benefit contracts. I coordinated mass meetings with employers and employees to discuss and sell a variety of supplemental insurance. I explained insurance policies and assisted with the contracts to those who purchased said policies. I created spreadsheets in excel that were easy to read and navigate. I also managed co workers schedules and reviewed appointment results. I also prepped and worked enrollments. I assisted people with claims, and any issues they had with the Aflac systems.

During my time at this institution my main task was to fix technical issues that arisen within the district. I routed cabling as well as set up network towers. I managed all of the student's laptops and monitored the student networks. Another task I was responsible for was rebuilding laptops when needed.
