▪ Worked directly with Physician Assistant and Doctor’s to accurately record patient medical histories, physical exams, procedure documentation, and entered the appropriate diagnosis’ as well as submit orders such as X-rays, MRIs, and EMG/NCS, and appropriately coded charts in EMR system Athena.
