• Took initiatives through the process of a risk assessment and going to BIRC
• Used BIRA/JIRA/GRC Platforms
• Customer complaints
• Exposed and responded too issues from Audit
• Responded to questions from the OCC
• Actively assisted in two major issues Cookie Consent and Domain Management
• Assisted in putting together interagency decks and decks for the regulators

EXO Strategy:

• Created Excel & PowerPoint decks
• Updated JIRA Kanban Board
• Created weekly calendar for team
• Automated MBR Process by linking Excel & PowerPoint
• Created competitor slides for payment deep dive decks
• Researched AI trends

Transformation:

• Assists with financial modeling (cost/profitability), competitive analyses (business, financial performance
• Supports cross organizational projects by working closely with process owners and various product groups to define business requirements
• Work closely with our world class Senior Financial Analyst team on financial reporting, analysis of monthly/quarterly results, and financial modeling of new technology programs
• Assist in developing P&L tools to support individual brand performance
