Help with the day to day operations of a meat lab including kill/slaughter of animals to carcass fabrication. Additionally, I work in the sales room and have daily contact with customers.

Communicated with customers and packaged orders for deliver. Would deliver orders via a company vehicle. Also, worked towards getting the UW Meat Lab sales room up and running.

• Scanned, flied, and shed office papers/medical records. Performed other office duties as needed.

• Assisted and performed many construction tasks like painting, framing, roofing, and working concrete.

• Planned and directed weekly classes for all levels of skating (Snowplow Sam to Freestyle 6). Also instructed extra classes including theater, synchronized skating, and power skate. Choreographed routines for skate shows and helped pick out themes, outfits, and deportations for shows.

• Obtained temperatures of visitors and employees at entry of facility and asked screening questions.
