- Work with Producers and Editors to oversee spots from inception to completion.
- Relay notes and new materials from clients to editors & graphics team.
- Became the 'go-to person' whenever anyone had any questions about clients different branding guidelines. Well versed in each clients legal requirements; flagging when a spot steps outside of them so they can be fixed.
- Send new cuts, audio clips, thumbnails, etc. out to clients for approval. QC to make sure everything is buttoned up before it goes out for final client approval.
- Handle specific client requests when producer is too busy.
- Coordinate with music and voiceover artists for specific client requests.
- Work directly with graphics coordinators & artists to create the look for each campaign.
- Work directly with Assistant Editors to ensure all materials are ingested, and grab new materials for spots (such as stock footage, new episodes, clips, etc).
- Wrote up continuity and finishing scripts for each spot, including scripts for Spanish & Korean language shows.
- Compiled script packages for titles, copy, and ADR requests.
- Took over the creation of all social resizes, cutdowns, & MOS spots, working with Editors and Assistant Editors to give notes, then sending for client approval.
- Took over creation of jobs in the billing system, keeping track of all campaigns that came in, that I had a hand in.
- Worked extensively behind the scenes to optimize the company's new Airtable system to get it up & running. Came up with new structure ideas that were taken & implemented in the overall system, outside of company.

- Log and transcribe all Entertainment Tonight interviews from live red carpets, junkets, premieres, award shows and backstage for turnaround.
