  • I suggested and help create a new workflow designating a triage nurse every shift to manage our patients that need medical evaluation to determine the level of care that they need. I also orient newer nurses to the triage role focusing on how to evaluate and assess different levels of obstetric emergencies
  • I serve as a relief charge nurse since January 2023, and I am currently in that role at least one shift per week.
  • I orient new resident and experienced nurses that join our unit.
  • I am an instructor for Rachel's Gift, which is our bereavement program in Women's Services
