-Built this restaurant/nightclub from scratch, was a masterclass blending all of my previous experience combined with adapting towards what the restaurant and guests needs were at that time.

-Responsible for all staffing, ordering, maintenance, and inventory records.

-Won 3rd place for the 2023 Memphis Flyer Best New Restaurant in spite of only being in operation a few months.

-Managed a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.

-Achieved numerous financial and service related records, elevated service rating to a 4.9 on Open Table.

-Developed and trained assistant managers whom are still very successful to this day.

-Responsible for overall staffing, developing training, fostering teamwork, maintenance structure, and scheduling.

-Lead Silly Goose to it's busiest month ever in February of 2020, traditionally a slow and short month. Unfortunately our momentum was derailed by the Covid-19 Pandemic.

-Experience with inventory, ordering, payroll, multiple POS systems, guest relations, human resources, and business development.

-Helped lead two of the storngest restaurants in the Memphis are and the #5 Fine Dining Restaurant in the country (TripAdvisor).

-Managed scheduling through HotSchedules for peak restaurant operations and a team of 80 at Southern Social.

-Elevated service ratings at both restaurants to a 4.9 level on OpenTable.
