  • • My “Bias for Action” helped booked considerable cost saving during COVID19 period on Indirect supplies. Actions on both rental cost, HUB deliveries and outside recycling resulted in a combined cost saving of $80K on site level and projected $6.3 million across network
  • • During Peak 2020 I took “Ownership” and created a forecasting tool for go-cart utilization for our site. This tool was instrumental in projecting go-cart need for the site and assisted ATS team to schedule loads based on site demand.
  • • Using Principle of “Frugality” negotiate a better rate for Automated Robot Floor cleaning Project with our Vendor (ABM) for our CAP department. This cost saving initiative saved us $2K each month for 6 months which helped us extend our contract further.
