I am currently in the healthcare field, as a in home care giver.

My duties would consist of being in an environment where I would have to handle managing high-stress calls, maintaining professionalism under pressure while resolving disputes or conflicts. I would also Resolve customer complaints with empathy, resulting in increased loyalty and repeat business. Handled escalated calls efficiently.

• The job duties and requirements for this job consist of processing inmates by taking photographs and fingerprint. Improved facility safety by performing thorough inspections of cells, common areas, and property for contraband or damage.
