2023.08 - Current
  • 4 oceangoing research cruises (25 days) aboard the 135 ft. R/V Cape Hatteras
  • 4 full day, and multiple part day, research cruises along the Cape Fear River aboard the 53 ft. catamaran, the R/V Martech
  • 12+ weeks of practice behind the wheel of small metal jon boats and mid-size wooden boats; lessons such as proper docking and MOB techniques
