An extension of my Supervisor 1 duties with more ability to assist management in closing duties and back of house end of night paperwork and responsibilities.

Mixing special menu cocktails and bar classics at fast paced high volume. Efficient at speed pouring and recipe recall.

• Trained new hires in multiple Front of House positions. Focused mostly on server making sure they understand all tools at their disposal and run of service.

• Execute high volume server duties in a fast paced event venue environment.

Assisted management and front of house in making sure all aspects ran smoothly jumping in wherever I am the most help and best utilized. Efficient in all aspects of Toast.

• This is a fast paced sports bar environment. During my time here I developed a great repertoire with the patrons and my regulars. I used the Two Touch POS system and kept track of an ever changing beer list.

• I was server tables, carrying at trays, and at a high volume as this restaurant is located right next to Fiserv Forum.

• Large Event and buffet service experience. Bussed tables and carried trays. Made menu suggestions. Used Aloha System.

• Used Open Table. Organized FOS and waitstaff rotations. Moved tables around to accommodate special groups. Took care of customer complaints. Made FOS presentable, folding napkins, lighting candles, etc
