Hannah Hailu

I am interested in pursuing my education in the healthcare field. With my adaptability and eagerness to learn I believe that I will be a useful asset in the classroom. My ability to work as part of a team couple with my desire to help others will allow me to make a difference in other people’s lives

 2017- 2021, Recreational Basketball, Christian based recreational basketball. Taught how to be a team player while being competitive and celebrating the Lord. 

2020 - Present, Babysitting, Watch my younger brother and help him with his homework afterschool and in the school break until my parents get home from work

2021- Persuasive Presentations and Debates Summer Camp, Work with debate team, researching and writing informative and persuasive speeches. Learned how to effectively communicate through persuasive speeches and public speaking. 

2021 - Present, Interact Club, Focus on important of service in the school and community

2022 - Present, Yearbook, Interviewing different people and writing/editing the yearbook, take pictures of different events/activities around the school and help organize the school yearbook.

2023 - Present, People of Color Student Alliance, Focuses on celebrating of minority students diverse background and cultures to create a sense of community, inclusivity and awareness.
