Additional Information

I have a huge passion for Hockey and the Boston Bruins. I get my creativity skills from being an artist and I put my passion for hockey into my art. My focus on nutrition for athletes comes from being an athlete myself. I'm a gymnast and focusing on the health of myself and others means a lot to me. Gymnastics has helped me create time management skills but it also makes me a hard worker too.


I'm comfortable with the cooking techniques and knife skills used in a kitchen from the labs I have taken. I have experience in cooking cuisine from around the world from taking Global à la carte at Johnson & Wales University and JWU has helped me learn about cooking for banquets and catering functions too.
