• Reporting back to instructor to receive day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
• Communicating effectively with faculty and staff and accept critiques and suggestions for areas of improvement.
• Sort, organize, and maintain files.
• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.

• Worked scheduled shifts (full time 2pm-11pm) and remained available to work during coworker absences, holidays, and busy periods.
