With Los Angeles' growing homeless population, I wanted to assist shelters with their work, So, every month, I arranged health kits for the homeless and deliver food and clothes donations to them through the organization. I also advocated against food waste at my school, encouraging students to preserve it for later or give to those that need it.

• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Observe and monitor play activities, and communicate with children's parents about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues.
• Keep records of play, meal and schedules, and bill payments
• Provide tutoring for homework, provide entertainment like games, and ensure child safety.

• Assist wheelchair-bound patients and visitors.
• Respond to call lights and provide basic supplies like blankets in the surgery department, cardiovascular unit, direct observation unit, and labor and delivery.
• Help in discharging patients, interact with patients for comfort
• Deliver samples to the lab, and alert nurses and doctors during emergencies by announcing codes.

• Collect patient vitals at the emergency department's front desk, interact with patients to learn about their visit, organize suture carts and IV carts, observe procedures, and attend weekly physician lectures.
• Participate in rounds with medical team members, observing procedures such as physical exams and diagnostic tests.
  Shadow several specialists, such as surgeons, cardiologists, oncologists, radiologists and anesthesiologists.
• Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
