In the restaurant industry, it is crucial to anticipate customer needs and to ensure they leave satisfied. Building relationships with regular customers was a highlight for me, as I genuinely enjoy interacting with others and forming relationships. Working at Wiley Christian Retirement Community, I have been able to connect with a support resident's with both their personal and health needs.
